Q: Will my item look exactly like the photo?
All items are handmade or personalised, and while we follow the same design and layout, slight variations in placement or finish may occur — especially with handmade items. This is what makes each piece unique!

Q: Some of my order arrived, but not all — where's the rest?
If your order includes items from both our handmade range and supplier-personalised products, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Don’t worry — they’re on the way! You’ll receive shipping notifications as each part of your order is dispatched.

Q: Will I be charged twice for postage if my order is split?
No — you’ll only pay one shipping fee at checkout, even if your items arrive separately.

Q: Why do some items arrive faster than others?
Our supplier-personalised items are often dispatched sooner, while handmade items require extra time to craft. We set a single turnaround time (10–14 working days) to keep things simple, and always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Q: My design looks faded or peeled — why?
Please follow all care instructions listed in each product description. These are tested to keep your design looking great. We can't be responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or care.

Q: Will my items come in the same packaging?
Not always. Handmade items are packed by us, while supplier-based items are packed and shipped directly from our partner. So you may notice differences in packaging — but all items are checked for quality and made just for you.

Q: Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke items. Email us at ronnieroocreations@outlook.com to discuss your ideas.

Q: Can I speed up my order?
Yes! We offer a priority processing service for an additional £5. This helps us fast-track your order — ideal for gifts or time-sensitive occasions.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, we begin processing straight away. Please double-check all details — names, sizes, addresses, and custom text — before checkout. We're not able to make changes afterward UNLESS you contact us immediately and we haven’t started the processing part there may be a possibility but this is not guaranteed.
