All orders are shipped from the UK to UK addresses only.

We now offer a mix of handmade items by Ronnie Roo and personalised products fulfilled by our trusted supplier, so some orders may arrive in separate parcels — but don’t worry, you’ll only pay one shipping fee.

📦 One Shipping Fee — Multiple Parcels

If your order contains a mix of items (e.g. a handmade sweatshirt and a personalised mug), you may receive your order in separate parcels arriving at different times. This is because:

• Handmade items are dispatched directly from us (Ronnie Roo HQ)

• Supplier-personalised items are sent directly from our trusted partner

✅ You will only be charged one postage fee at checkout, regardless of how many parcels your order is split into.

⏳ Turnaround Times

• Standard turnaround time: 10–14 working days before dispatch

• Supplier items often dispatch faster than handmade items, but we use the same estimated timeframe at checkout to keep things simple and consistent

🎯 We always set turnaround times with care — please allow the full time frame for your complete order to arrive. If you receive part of your order earlier, the rest is on its way!

📮 Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked as our standard service for all items.
Other options (like 2nd class, non-tracked) may be available at checkout.

• Free shipping on orders over £40

Once your parcel(s) are dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email — if a tracked service was selected.
