Welcome to Ronnie Roo Creations! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. These are here to protect both you as the customer and me as a small business owner.

1. Handmade & Personalised Items

All items sold on Ronnie Roo Creations are handmade to order. This means:

  • You are ordering a product that is made specifically for you, based on the design and personalisation you choose.

  • The final product may vary slightly from listing images due to the handmade process. Placement, spacing, or colour tone may differ slightly — but the overall design will always follow what is pictured and described.

  • As each item is created individually, no two items will ever be exactly identical, making every order truly unique.

2. Personalisation & Design Choices

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all personalisation details (names, spelling, colours, sizes, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering.

  • Double-checking sizing, product options, and shipping details before finalising checkout.
    We print and produce exactly as written, and we are not liable for any mistakes made on your part if incorrect information was entered.

3. Processing Times & Turnaround

All orders are made by hand and in the order they are received.

  • Our turnaround time is 10–14 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) before dispatch.

  • This is clearly stated on the homepage and may change during busy periods. Any updates will be made visible in the top banner of our website.

  • If you need your order urgently, we offer a priority order service for an additional fee of £5. This fee helps us purchase materials more quickly and move your order up the queue.

4. Order Cancellations

Because of the personalised and handmade nature of our products:

  • Order cancellations are not guaranteed. If work has already begun or materials have been ordered, we may not be able to cancel your order.

  • If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at ronnieroocreations@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but this is not always possible.

5. Age Restrictions & Content

Ronnie Roo Creations currently does not produce any adult or explicit content. However:

  • If any future designs contain mature content, these will be clearly marked as 18+ and may be blurred on-site.

  • These listings will include a content notice in the description to prevent unintended viewing.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Clearpay).

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice, though this will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • Abusive or inappropriate communication

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Requests that include hate speech, discriminatory content, or anything we are uncomfortable producing

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photos, logos, and branding on this website are either the intellectual property of Ronnie Roo Creations or from our suppliers with permission to use photos as mock up designs and must not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions, supply shortages, illness, weather, or other acts of nature.
