✅ How It Works:

1. Pay £3.49 to Open Your Box
   This small, non-refundable fee covers Royal Mail standard small parcel shipping in advance – so there’s no extra shipping cost later (in most cases).

2. Contact Me to Choose Your Items
   Once your box is open, get in touch via Our Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/share/1AocakQv8M/?mibextid=wwXIfr                                            or email -                                                                   ronnieroocreations@outlook.com                     to chat about what you'd like. Together, we'll build a box based on your wishlist and set a budget that works for you.

3. Weekly Payment Plan
   We'll agree on a weekly/monthly payment plan tailored to your budget. No credit checks, no pressure – just flexibility.

4. Box Weighing & Final Payment (If Needed)
   Once your final payment is complete, I will package and weigh your Open Box. If the size or weight exceeds the standard small parcel limit (for example, if it moves into a medium parcel category), I will let you know if an additional postage payment is needed before your box can be shipped.

5. Receive Your Box After All Payments
   Once everything is settled, your Open Box closes and your goodies will be sent straight to your door!

❗️Important Terms (Please Read):

• The £3.49 opening fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to complete your payment plan.

• If the full payment is not made, your box will not be sent, and no refunds will be issued (this is to protect my small business from non-payment).

• If your final Open Box requires more than a standard small parcel postage, extra payment must be made before dispatch.

• If we agree on any alternative arrangements, they must be discussed in advance and confirmed personally.
